Shipping Policy

(1) Economy Shipping (7-14 days) is always free for every product, every size, every weight. We use UPS and USPS shipping and tracking is provided.

(2)  We ship in 1-2 days of receipt of the order.

(3) We provide you with a tracking number so you can track your shipment online at the USPS.com or UPS website. Please wait a full 12 days (10 days shipping + 1-2 days handling time) before contacting us for a lost shipment. Rest assured, if the tracking shows you did not get your order in 12 days, you will be promptly refunded or another package sent out, which ever you prefer. If it shows it was delivered but you can't find it, please call your local post office with the tracking number as sometimes they won't leave a package but bring it back to the post office for you to pick up (and they often don't leave a note that they did this.) Also check around any porches, back door, etc. to see if perhaps they left it there. We will be sure you get taken care of to your satisfaction.

(4) To get your item to you faster than 5-10 days, we sometimes ship directly from our Amazon store in amazon packaging using carriers other than the USPS. We will give you tracking for Amazon-shipped-to-customer-packages as well.

(5) We do not do price matching as we are a small American family business and pay more for our items and shipping than "the big guys".
